Slow Cooker Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta Meal Prep

60 oz chicken breast
1 cream cheese (1/3 less fat)
1 garlic parmesan sauce
8 fl oz milk (skim)
2 pasta (chickpea)
3 oz sun-dried tomatoes, julienned
10 oz broccoli, cooked
1 1/2 cups mozzarella (fat free), shredded
to taste chives (dried)
Instructions

Place the chicken breasts, cream cheese, and garlic parmesan sauce into the slow cooker.

Pour the milk into the empty sauce bottle, shake to rinse, and pour the liquid into the slow cooker. Stir to combine.

Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.

About 30 minutes before the chicken is done, cook the chickpea pasta in boiling water on the stovetop, then drain.

Shred the cooked chicken directly in the slow cooker.
