High-Protein BBQ Beef Burritos

8 g salt
4 g black pepper
10 g bbq seasoning (honey)
16 oz bell pepper, chopped
to taste bbq seasoning
10 jalapeno (pickled), sliced
to taste jalapeno juice
1 kidney beans, drained
100 g bbq sauce (sugar-free)
11 tortilla
to taste bbq sauce (sugar-free)
Instructions

Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt, black pepper, and honey barbecue seasoning.

In a separate skillet, cook the chopped bell peppers, seasoning with additional barbecue seasoning, pickled jalapeños, and pickled jalapeño juice.

Once the beef is fully cooked, add the cooked peppers, drained red kidney beans, and sugar-free barbecue sauce to the beef skillet and mix well.

Portion the beef and pepper mixture evenly onto 11 tortillas.
