Chili Mac and Cheese Meal Prep
A high-protein meal prep recipe combining ground beef, pasta, kidney beans, and a creamy cheese sauce.

3 lbs ground beef (96/4)
to taste garlic salt
to taste black pepper
1 chili seasoning
16 oz pasta (protein)
2 kidney beans, drained
2 diced tomatoes (with green chiles), drained
8 oz velveeta
8 oz cheddar cheese (fat free), shredded
1 cream of chicken soup
100 g cream cheese (1/3 less fat)
Instructions

Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks.

Season the beef with garlic salt, black pepper, and the chili seasoning package.

In a separate pot, boil the protein pasta in water until cooked, then drain.

Add the drained kidney beans, drained diced tomatoes with green chilies, Velveeta cheese, fat-free cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, and cream cheese to the cooked beef.

Add the cooked and drained pasta to the skillet.

Stir all ingredients together over heat until the cheeses are fully melted and the mixture is well combined.
