For the pasta base
3 lbs ground beef (96/4)
8 g garlic powder
8 g paprika
8 oz pasta (protein)
1 onion, chopped
300 g tomato, chopped
For the big mac sauce
300 g greek yogurt
40 g ketchup (sugar-free)
20 g yellow mustard
150 g relish
3 g garlic powder
3 g onion powder
1 g salt
1 g black pepper
5 g white vinegar
10 g worcestershire sauce

Divide the mixture evenly into 10 meal prep containers.

Cook the protein pasta in boiling water according to package directions, then set aside.

In a separate large pan, begin browning the ground beef seasoned with garlic powder and paprika.

When the beef is halfway cooked, add the chopped onions to the pan and continue cooking until the beef is fully browned and the onions are tender.
