BBQ Beef Protein Pasta
A high-protein, low-fat meal prep featuring ground beef, protein pasta, peas, carrots, and sugar-free barbecue sauce.

2 lbs ground beef (96/4)
8 g salt
5 g black pepper
8 g garlic powder
6 g onion powder
6 g paprika
2 g chili powder
2 g mustard powder
14 oz pasta (protein)
15 oz peas and carrots
7 oz mozzarella (fat free), shredded
1 1/2 cups bbq sauce (sugar-free)
Instructions

Boil the protein pasta in water according to package instructions, then drain.

Add the ground beef to a skillet and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, and mustard powder.

When the beef is halfway cooked, stir in the frozen peas and carrots and continue cooking until the beef is fully browned.

Add the drained pasta, shredded mozzarella cheese, and sugar-free barbecue sauce to the beef mixture.

Stir all ingredients together until well combined and the cheese is melted.

Divide the mixture evenly into 7 meal prep containers.
